Odd Duck

The Odd Duck is a family owned restaurant in Chestertown, NY.  Jamie Glynn (pictured left) is both the owner and chef. Glynn returned back to the northeast to start his own business amidst a successful culinary career in Florida and South Carolina. He attended Paul Smith College (Saranac, NY) and previously worked at the Sagamore, Trillium restaurant (Bolton Landing, NY), Caffe Bouloud (Palm Beach, FL), South Carolina Yacht Club (Hilton Head, SC), and Palmetto Bluff (Bluffton, SC). Using this experience, Glynn has brought a southern flavor to the Adirondacks.
